Barista

Role Description This is a full-time on-site Barista role located in Riyadh. The Barista will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages, maintaining a clean and organized work environment, and ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Additional duties include managing inventory, restocking supplies, and adhering to health and safety standards. The Barista will also assist in preparing light food items and collaborate with team members to create a welcoming atmosphere for customers. Qualifications Proficiency in Barista skills, including coffee preparation and beverage customizationStrong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to ensure a friendly and welcoming environmentEffective Communication Skills to engage with customers and team membersBasic knowledge or experience in Food Preparation and handlingAttention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness and quality standardsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentPrevious experience as a Barista or in the coffee/food service industry is advantageous
