Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing and serving coffee and other drinks, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area, and ensuring all equipment is properly handled and maintained. The role involves greeting guests, taking orders accurately, processing payments, and responding to guest requests in a professional and friendly manner. The Barista collaborates with team members to support overall restaurant or lounge operations, including basic food preparation, inventory checks, and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.QualificationsHave experience minimal 2 years as Barista in Hotel or Well known coffee shop Strong Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage guests and handle requests professionally.Barista experience and Food Preparation skills to prepare consistent, high-quality beverages and snacks.Effective Communication skills for clear interaction with guests and coordination with team members.Attention to detail and basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays, in a fast-paced hospitality environment.Prior experience in a hotel, café, or restaurant setting is an advantage.
