The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in preparing high-quality coffee beverages, a strong understanding of brewing equipment, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service. If you are energetic, detail-oriented, and love creating a welcoming café experience, we want you on our team.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve a variety of espresso-based beverages, filter coffees, teas, and specialty drinks according to established recipes and quality standards.Greet customers warmly, answer questions regarding the menu, and provide personalized recommendations.Operate commercial espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment efficiently.Accurately manage cash register operations, process payments, and utilize the Point of Sale (POS) system.Maintain strict cleanliness and sanitation standards in the preparation area, dining space, and restrooms.Monitor daily inventory for coffee beans, syrups, milk, and pastries, and restock supplies as needed.Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and hygiene regulations.Requirements & QualificationsMinimum of 1 year of proven experience working as a Barista in a café or restaurant setting.Hands-on expertise with espresso machines, milk frothing, and basic latte art.Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-first mindset.Ability to remain calm, organized, and efficient during peak operating hours.Flexibility to work shifts, including early mornings, weekends, and holidays as required.How to ApplyInterested candidates are invited to submit their updated resume highlighting their relevant barista experience to recruitment@burgerfarm.in
