Training will be provided.We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused, and enthusiastic individual to join a café team in Yaba as a Café Barista. The ideal candidate should have strong communication and customer service skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to learn quickly. Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage, but it is not compulsory.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve coffee and other beverages after training.Provide excellent and professional customer service.Take customer orders accurately and ensure correct order fulfilment.Maintain accurate sales and payment records.Ensure consistency in the taste, presentation, and speed of service.Monitor stock levels and maintain accurate inventory records.Support smooth daily café operations and workflow.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene.Handle customer requests and resolve routine operational issues appropriately.RequirementsMust live in Yaba or surrounding areas, as proximity to the workplace is essential.No prior Barista experience is required; training will be provided.Must be a fast learner and willing to learn coffee preparation and beverage service.Strong communication and customer service skills.Basic numeracy and the ability to handle sales, payments, and stock records accurately.Previous hospitality or customer-facing experience is an advantage.Professional, neat, and presentable appearance.Positive attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.Must be available to work weekends as required.If you are reliable, eager to learn, and passionate about providing good customer service, we encourage you to apply.🔗 Apply now: www.taplink.cc/studentpaddy
