Our Fraisier, Pista Cube and Queen of Salt already have a loyal following, and our coffee bar deserves the same. We’re recruiting a barista to join the crew.Your missionMake excellent espresso drinks, from flat whites and cortados to lattes, plus V60 pour-overs, matcha and our signature lemonades and smoothies.Make every guest feel like an insider. Know our menu, recommend the right slice with the right coffee, and remember the regulars’ orders.Keep the bar spotless, dialled in and running smoothly through the morning rush and the afternoon cake crowd.Look after the counter display, handle takeaway and delivery orders with care, and help keep stock levels in check.Work with the kitchen and front-of-house team so every order leaves looking as good as it tastes.What you bringAt least 1–2 years’ barista experience in specialty coffee.Confident espresso skills: dialling in, milk texturing and latte art.Great customer service.
