Trump International, Dubai is a luxury golf club in the heart of Dubai’s DAMAC Hills. The club features an 18-hole Championship Standard Course, a 9-hole floodlit par 3 course and a variety of world-class amenities that cater to every member of the family.Trump International Golf Club is looking for Barista to join their dynamic team.Job PurposeThe Barista is responsible for preparing and serving beverages, drinks, to golf club members and guests. The role requires excellent customer service skills, knowledge of mixology, and the ability to maintain a clean, welcoming outlet environment while adhering to licensing laws and club policies.Qualifications & Experience:Previous experience as a Barista, preferably within a golf club, luxury hotel, restaurant, or upscale hospitality environment.Good knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.Experience operating and maintaining professional coffee machines and grinders.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and beverage service standards.Strong guest service and communication skills.Ability to work efficiently and remain calm during busy periods.Good attention to detail and high standards of cleanliness.Basic POS and cash-handling knowledge.Friendly, confident, and approachable personality.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, public holidays, and special eventsWorking Conditions:Regularly includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.Additional hours may be necessary during peak golf season or large events.Occasional outdoor work during tournaments or patio service.
