The company has also acquired prominent global tea franchises such as Premier Tea and Golden Arrow-Finlays, strengthening its specialty tea portfolio and future growth potential.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista for Specialty Tea role based in Shuwaikh. The Barista will prepare and serve a variety of specialty teas and related beverages, following established recipes and presentation standards. Responsibilities include greeting customers, taking orders, providing product recommendations, and ensuring an excellent customer experience. The role also involves handling food preparation tasks related to tea service, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the workstation and equipment, and following hygiene and safety guidelines. The Barista will support inventory checks for tea and supplies, collaborate with team members, and help promote the brand’s specialty tea offerings.Qualifications Strong Barista skills, with experience preparing specialty tea and hot/cold beverages.Excellent Customer Service and Communication skills to engage respectfully and professionally with diverse customers.Good Interpersonal Skills for effective teamwork and a positive, collaborative work environment.Basic Food Preparation skills and knowledge of hygiene, safety, and quality standards.Prior experience in a café, tea house, or hospitality environment is an advantage.Ability to stand for extended periods and manage a fast-paced service environment.Willingness to learn about different tea varieties, brewing methods, and brand products.Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
