The standards are high.As we prepare to open, we’re looking for an experienced Barista to join our founding team and help establish the coffee experience at Casa Vero from day one.The RoleWe’re looking for someone who genuinely understands coffee and takes pride in consistency, technique, presentation, and hospitality.This is a dedicated Barista position. We want someone confident behind an espresso machine who understands how to produce consistently excellent coffee throughout service.ResponsibilitiesPrepare espresso-based beverages to a consistently high standardDial in espresso and adjust grind settings throughout the dayProperly texture and steam milk for different beveragesPrepare cappuccinos, flat whites, lattes, americanos, espressos, and other menu beveragesMaintain consistency in extraction, taste, temperature, and presentationPrepare and present mocktails and specialty non-alcoholic drinksProduce clean and consistent latte artMaintain and clean the espresso machine, grinders, and bar equipmentKeep the coffee station organized, clean, and properly stockedMonitor coffee beans, milk, and other beverage inventoryFollow recipes, portioning, hygiene, and quality standardsProvide warm and knowledgeable service to guestsWhat We’re Looking ForPrevious professional experience as a BaristaHands-on experience preparing mocktails and specialty beveragesStrong understanding of espresso extraction and grinder adjustmentGood knowledge of coffee beans, grind size, dose, yield, and extractionStrong milk-steaming and microfoam techniqueLatte art skillsExperience working with professional espresso machines and grindersStrong attention to quality and consistencyClean, organized, and comfortable working during busy serviceFriendly and confident with guestsUAE café or restaurant experience is an advantagePosition DetailsPosition: BaristaEmployment: Full-timeLocation: Dubai, UAECompany: Casa VeroTeam: Pre-OpeningHow to ApplyIf you know your coffee and would like to be part of Casa Vero’s pre-opening team, we’d love to hear from you.Apply through LinkedIn with your updated CV or email your CV to:hello@casa-vero.aePlease use “Barista – Casa Vero” as the email subject.
