Barista (Product Development)

Job PurposeThis is a full-time, on-site position for a Barista for Beverage Product development at Forth Vending (TAO BIN) in Bangkok. The role involves creating and serving high-quality beverages while ensuring customer satisfaction at Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.Role and ResponsibilitiesDesign unique beverage menus to satisfy and attract customers, differentiating the brand through Tao-Bin vending machines and cafes.Modify drink recipes and work methods according to customer preferences and market trends.Operate various types of coffee and beverage machines efficiently.Provide excellent service, responding effectively to diverse customer needs.Ensure cleanliness and orderliness of all equipment, tools, and the workplace.QualificationsBachelor of Food Science and Technology, Culinary Technology or any related filed.3-5 years of experience as a Barista.Strong interpersonal, good communication, and customer service skills.Proficiency in barista and bakery preparation.Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.Understanding of various coffee brewing techniques.Food safety certification is a plus.
