Barista/Senior Barista/Café Supervisor

We are looking for passionate, responsible, and service-oriented individuals to join our team as Barista / Senior Barista / Café Supervisor.Role DescriptionPrepare and serve high-quality coffee, beverages, and menu items according to company standards.Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment safely and efficiently.Prepare espresso-based drinks, brewed coffee, tea, and other beverages consistently.Maintain high standards of beverage quality, presentation, and consistency.Provide friendly, professional, and efficient customer service.Take customer orders, process payments, and operate the POS system accurately.Recommend beverages and assist customers with menu selections when required.Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and organization of the café and work areas.Monitor coffee, milk, ingredients, packaging, and other supplies and report stock requirements.Assist with stock receiving, storage, inventory checks, and daily preparation.Follow proper food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety procedures.Handle customer feedback, enquiries, and complaints professionally.Support daily café operations and ensure smooth service during busy periods.For Senior Barista / Café Supervisor, train, guide, and supervise café staff to maintain service and beverage standards.Assist with staff scheduling, opening and closing procedures, and daily operations where required.Monitor staff performance, attendance, and adherence to company procedures.Ensure coffee machines, grinders, equipment, and café facilities are properly maintained.Assist management in achieving sales targets and improving customer satisfaction.Stay updated with coffee trends, brewing techniques, beverage concepts, and café industry developments.Perform other duties and responsibilities assigned by management.QualificationsPrevious experience as a Barista, Senior Barista, Café Supervisor, Café Crew, or similar position is preferred.Good knowledge of coffee preparation, espresso, brewing methods, and beverage making.Experience operating professional coffee machines and grinders.Strong passion for coffee, hospitality, and customer service.For Senior Barista / Café Supervisor, previous team leadership or staff training experience is an advantage.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Friendly, positive, and professional attitude.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Good understanding of café operations, stock control, and service standards.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Responsible, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.Strong leadership and problem-solving skills for supervisory positions.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Relevant barista, coffee, hospitality, or food service certification is an advantage.
