Al-Tuhoo focuses on long-term growth, quality partnerships, and a diverse portfolio that creates a dynamic environment for team members.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista specialty role based in Shuwaikh. The Barista will prepare and serve a range of hot and cold coffee and tea beverages, following company recipes and quality standards. Daily tasks include operating coffee machines and related equipment, maintaining a clean and organized workstation, managing stock of ingredients, and ensuring proper food hygiene and safety practices. The role involves welcoming customers, taking orders, answering product questions, and providing efficient, courteous service. The Barista will also support the team with general café operations, including basic food preparation, cashier duties, and assisting with opening and closing procedures as needed.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills and practical experience in beverage preparation, including coffee and tea.Candidates should possess solid Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to engage positively with a diverse customer base.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for clear order taking, product explanation, and teamwork.Candidates should possess basic Food Preparation skills and an understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly desirable.Ability to stand for extended periods, handle busy periods calmly, and work flexible shifts as required.Basic numeracy skills for handling cash and POS systems; familiarity with Arabic or English in a customer-facing setting is an advantage.
