Barista Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:Supervise the daily operations of the coffee shop and ensure smooth workflow.Lead, train, schedule, and motivate the barista team to achieve operational excellence.Monitor inventory levels, coordinate stock replenishment, and minimize product waste.Ensure the availability of coffee beans, ingredients, equipment, and operational supplies.Maintain high standards of beverage quality, food safety, cleanliness, and customer service.Prepare daily operational reports and monitor sales performance and team productivity.Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints professionally to ensure customer satisfaction.Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and hygiene standards.Coordinate with management to improve operational performance and service quality.Perform any additional duties assigned by management.Qualifications:High School Diploma.Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality, coffee shop operations, or barista roles.Previous supervisory experience in a café or coffee shop is preferred.Strong leadership and team management skills.Excellent customer service and communication skills.Ability to manage inventory, daily operations, and operational reporting.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Good knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and café operational standards.
