This role oversees daily operations at the coffee station, ensuring high-quality beverage preparation and consistent service standards. The Barista Supervisor trains and guides baristas, manages schedules, monitors inventory and supplies, and ensures cleanliness and safety in all preparation areas. The role involves engaging with customers, resolving service issues, supporting promotional activities, and maintaining brand standards. The Barista Supervisor collaborates with other store teams to coordinate workflows and enhance the overall customer experience.Qualifications Coffee preparation and barista skills, including knowledge of espresso-based drinks, brewing methods, and beverage presentation.Team leadership and people management skills, including training, coaching, scheduling, and performance oversight.Customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle feedback, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.Operational skills such as inventory control, basic cash handling, and adherence to hygiene, safety, and quality standards.Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Previous experience as a senior barista or supervisor in a café, coffee shop, or similar environment is preferred.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that may require light to moderate physical effort.Basic proficiency in English and Arabic for effective communication with customers and team members.
