Al-Tuhoo is committed to ongoing growth and excellence, offering opportunities to contribute to a dynamic, multi-sector business.Role Description The Barista Tea & Coffee is a full-time, on-site role based in Shuwaikh, responsible for preparing and serving a variety of hot and cold tea and coffee beverages according to company standards. Day-to-day tasks include operating coffee and tea equipment, following precise recipes, maintaining cleanliness and organization of the service area, and ensuring that all beverages and snacks are prepared safely and hygienically. The role involves engaging with customers, taking orders, answering questions about products, and providing a friendly, efficient service experience. The Barista Tea & Coffee will also assist with inventory checks, restocking supplies, and coordinating with the team to support smooth daily operations and uphold Al-Tuhoo’s quality and brand image.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Barista skills, including brewing coffee and tea, operating related equipment, and following standard beverage recipes.Candidates should possess Customer Service and Interpersonal Skills to provide a welcoming environment and build positive rapport with guests.Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to take orders accurately, explain menu items, and coordinate with team members.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills to handle ingredients safely, maintain hygiene standards, and support light snack preparation if required.Relevant experience in a café, restaurant, or hospitality environment is highly beneficial.Ability to stand for extended periods, work flexible shifts, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced setting.Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices; additional barista training or certification is an advantage.Proficiency in English and Arabic is preferred to serve a diverse customer base.
