Baristas

Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Barista role based in Hong Kong. The Barista will prepare and serve speciality coffee and other beverages, and maintain cleanliness and organization of the café area. Day-to-day responsibilities include taking customer orders, operating coffee equipment, managing inventory of café supplies, and ensuring adherence to hygiene and safety standards. The Barista will provide friendly, efficient customer service, support a welcoming atmosphere in the store, and collaborate closely with bookstore and café team members.QualificationsCandidates should possess Barista skills, including coffee preparation, beverage presentation, and operation of espresso machines.Candidates should possess clear Communication skills for interacting with customers, colleagues, and supervisors.Candidates should possess Food Preparation skills, with attention to quality, hygiene, and safety standards.Previous experience in a café, restaurant, or retail environment is beneficial.Be able to handle cash, POS transactions, and simple stock counts.
