Bartender

Vibz Club is seeking a skilled and energetic Bartender to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have experience preparing and serving alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages while delivering exceptional customer service in a fast-paced nightlife environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to company standards.Create a welcoming and engaging atmosphere for guests.Recommend beverages and cocktails based on guest preferences.Maintain cleanliness, organization and hygiene of the bar area at all times.Ensure accurate cash handling and process customer payments when required.Monitor stock levels and report inventory shortages to management.Work closely with the service team to ensure timely delivery of drinks.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and company policies.Handle guest inquiries and complaints professionally while maintaining excellent customer service.RequirementsPrevious experience as a Bartender in a nightclub, lounge, bar, restaurant, or hotel is preferred.Good knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation.Excellent communication and customer service skills.Well-groomed with a professional appearance.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced nightlife environment.Flexibility to work evening shifts, weekends, and public holidays.Immediate joiners only.
