If you have a strong background in luxury lifestyle dining, exceptional cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages expertise, and a passion for creating unforgettable guest experiences, we would love to hear from you.As a key member of our Front-of-House team, you will create memorable beverage experiences, drive beverage sales, and support the restaurant in delivering exceptional service to our international clientele.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional beverage service while maintaining the highest standards of luxury hospitality.Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and other beverages according to established recipes and presentation standards.Demonstrate strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, liqueurs, wines, and premium beverage brands.Engage confidently with guests, understand their preferences, and provide knowledgeable recommendations.Maintain an energetic, polished, and professional presence throughout service.Execute cocktails with precision, consistency, speed, and attention to detail, particularly during high-volume periods.Maintain excellent mise en place, including garnishes, syrups, infusions, juices, glassware, ice, and other bar essentials.Ensure the bar station is impeccably clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout service.Maintain accurate knowledge of menus, ingredients, allergens, preparation methods, and beverage pairings.Follow responsible alcohol service practices and all company policies and procedures.Ideal Candidate Requirements2–4 years of professional bartending with previous experience within a luxury restaurant, premium cocktail bar, five-star hotel, beach club, or internationally recognized luxury lifestyle concept.Experience with a high-volume luxury lifestyle venue is strongly preferred.Proven ability to work in fast-paced, high-energy environments while maintaining luxury service standards.Strong knowledge of classic cocktails, modern mixology, spirits, premium wines, liqueurs, and cocktail techniques.Excellent understanding of cocktail presentation, glassware, ice, and beverage aesthetics.Strong English communication skills; additional languages are highly desirable.Confident, engaging, and naturally charismatic personality.Excellent guest interaction and upselling skills.Strong attention to detail and commitment to consistency.Impeccable personal presentation and grooming standards.
