In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving beverages to guests while delivering a high standard of service in a vibrant beachfront environment. This role ensures quality, consistency, and efficiency in beverage preparation, while creating a positive and engaging guest experience.Main Duties & ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages in accordance with standard recipesEnsure consistency in taste, presentation, and quality of all drinksTake and process beverage orders accurately and efficientlyProvide friendly, professional, and engaging service to guestsInteract with guests, make recommendations, and promote signature beveragesCourteously handle guest inquiries and feedbackSet up and maintain the bar area, ensuring cleanliness and organization at all timesMonitor stock levels and inform supervisors of replenishment needsEnsure proper storage and handling of beverages and ingredientsProcess orders through POS systems accuratelyHandle cash and billing procedures in line with company policiesFollow responsible service of alcohol guidelines and local regulationsMaintain hygiene and sanitation standards in compliance with health regulationsEnsure proper use and care of bar equipmentReport any maintenance or safety concerns promptlyHave what it takes to join our team?The ideal candidate for this position will display the following attributesHigh school diploma or hospitality certification preferredMinimum 1–2 years of experience as a bartender, preferably in a beach club, resort, or high-volume environmentKnowledge of cocktails, beverages, and basic mixology techniquesStrong customer service and communication skillsBasic mixology and beverage knowledgeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and consistencyTeam player with a positive attitubeFlexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidaysAbout the BenefitsWe offer a competitive tax-free salary, paid in Dirhams (AED), the local currency of the UAE.
