The role requires knowledge of classic and modern drinks, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.About You1–2 years of experience in bartending or beverage service (hotel or high-end venue preferred)Knowledge of cocktails, spirits, garnishes, and drink presentationPassion for hospitality with a guest-focused mindsetGood communication and multitasking abilitiesFamiliarity with POS systems (e.g., Micros) and inventory proceduresCertification in responsible alcohol service is an advantageFluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or additional languages is a plusCompliant – as well as meeting local laws on food handling and serving alcohol, you’ll be above the minimum age required.Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to perform well in a fast-paced environment. Education - preferably a diploma, high school or certificate holder.
