Provide personalised, high-quality service with efficient and friendly customer interactions, including upselling opportunities. Prepare mise-en-place, garnishes, and perform all side duties to ensure the bar is fully stocked and ready for service. Maintain the bar counter and surrounding area in a clean, organised, and professional condition at all times. Adhere strictly to opening and closing procedures, monitor beverage stock levels, and reduce spoilage and wastage. Ensure proper presentation and display of premium liquors on shelves with defined quantities maintained. Handle guest enquiries courteously and establish positive customer relationships. Perform cashiering functions and ensure strict adherence to outlet cashiering procedures. Coach and train new recruits through on-the-job training, assisting in the development of employee skills and efficiency. Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual inventory of operating equipment and supplies. QualificationsMinimum 2-years of service as BartenderReading, writing and oral proficiency in the English languageTeam player with a creative and outgoing personalityMust be well-presented and professionally groomed at all timesGood communication and customer contact skills; good problem resolution skillsGood Food & Beverage product knowledge. A good knowledge of beverage service styles and techniques, beverage preparation and specialized beverage orders of service is required. A good knowledge of all hard liquor, wines, mixes/cocktails.
