Bartender

Role DescriptionWe are looking for a friendly, skilled, and customer-focused Bartender to prepare and serve beverages while providing excellent service and maintaining a clean, organised, and professional bar environment.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, beverages, and other drinks according to company standards.Take customer orders and provide friendly and professional service.Recommend drinks and assist customers with menu selections.Ensure drinks are prepared accurately and presented attractively.Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar, equipment, and work areas.Monitor stock levels and assist with restocking beverages, ingredients, glassware, and supplies.Check the quality and freshness of ingredients and products.Process customer payments and follow proper cash-handling procedures.Follow food safety, hygiene, and workplace safety requirements.Maintain proper storage and handling of beverages and bar supplies.Handle customer enquiries and feedback professionally.Assist with opening, closing, cleaning, and daily bar operations.Support the team during busy periods, events, and special functions.Perform other duties as assigned by management.QualificationsPrevious Bartender or hospitality experience is preferred.Knowledge of beverage preparation and basic mixology techniques.Good customer service and communication skills.Friendly, confident, and well-presented personality.Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.Strong attention to detail and good product knowledge.Responsible, reliable, and able to work as part of a team.Willing to work shifts, evenings, weekends, and public holidays when required.
