Located on the 51st floor of The St. Regis Dubai, The Palm, SUSHISAMBA Dubai offers breathtaking 360-degree panoramic views of Palm Jumeirah, the Arabian Gulf and Dubai skyline.Bringing together the bold and vibrant flavours of Japan, Brazil and Peru, SUSHISAMBA delivers an energetic, high-volume and elevated dining experience in one of Dubai’s most iconic destinations.We are looking for experienced and energetic Bartenders to join the bar team at SUSHISAMBA Dubai.Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and serve cocktails and beverages according to approved recipes and presentation standards.Provide knowledgeable recommendations based on guest preferences.Maintain consistency in flavour, measurements, garnishing and presentation.Deliver engaging and professional service to VIP and international guests.Complete bar mise en place and ensure the station is fully prepared before service.Monitor stock levels, expiry dates, wastage and correct product storage.Process orders accurately through the POS system.Maintain a clean and organized bar in line with hygiene and safety requirements.Support beverage promotions, events and the introduction of new cocktails.Work closely with the wider bar and front-of-house teams during high-volume service.Ideal CandidateMinimum of 2–3 years of bartending experience.Previous experience within a luxury, fine-dining, high-volume or lifestyle venue.Strong knowledge of classic and contemporary cocktails, spirits, wines and beers.Confident in cocktail preparation, garnishing and presentation.Experience handling VIP and international guests.Good English communication skills and an engaging personality.
