About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender – F&B Service to join the Jumeirah Zabeel Saray team. The main duties and responsibilities of this role include: Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages and other drinks according to established recipes, measures and Jumeirah standards.Provide knowledgeable and personalised recommendations, confidently upselling beverages to enhance the guest experience.Maintain the bar to the highest standards of cleanliness, presentation, organisation and stock control.Process beverage transactions accurately and ensure responsible service of alcohol in accordance with applicable policies and regulations.Handle guest enquiries and requests professionally while maintaining excellent F&B service, hygiene and safety standards.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalent.Minimum 1–2 years of bartending experience, preferably within a five-star or luxury hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, beverages and basic food and beverage pairings.Good understanding of bar operations, hygiene and responsible beverage service.Excellent communication and guest service skills, with a confident, engaging and professional approach.About the Benefits At Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a workplace where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
