In this role, you will craft exceptional mocktails and beverages while delivering outstanding service in our upscale resort environment. You will be the face of our bar operations, creating memorable experiences for our guests through your expertise, professionalism, and engaging personality.Reporting to the Outlet Supervisor / Outlet Manager, you will be responsible for, but not limited to:Prepare and serve a variety of non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes and guest preferencesMaintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked bar station, ensuring all equipment and glassware are properly maintainedProvide knowledgeable recommendations on beverage selections and menu offerings to enhance guest satisfactionProcess transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system and handle cash and card payments with precisionMonitor and manage bar inventory, including stock levels, ordering supplies, and minimizing wasteAdhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulationsCollaborate with front-of-house and back-of-house teams to ensure seamless service deliveryEngage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, building rapport and ensuring repeat visitsMaintain composure and efficiency during peak service periods in a fast-paced environmentFollow all company policies and procedures while representing the Raffles brand with excellenceQualificationsProven bartending experience in a luxury hospitality or upscale resort settingComprehensive knowledge of Mocktail preparation, and beverage service standardsProficiency with Point of Sale (POS) systems and bar management softwareStrong understanding of non-alcoholic beveragesExcellent cash handling and inventory management skillsExceptional customer service and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage diverse guestsPhysical stamina to stand for extended periods and work in a fast-paced environmentAttention to detail and commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and presentationKnowledge of health, safetyStrong communication skills in English; multilingual abilities are preferredFamiliarity with Saudi Arabian culture and hospitality expectations is preferredAbility to work flexible schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysTeam player mentality with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues
