The resort features over 20 curated restaurants and lounges, the traditional Souk Madinat Jumeirah, dedicated kids' clubs and some of the region’s most versatile event and conference spaces.About the JobAn exciting opportunity has arisen for a Bartender to join Madinat Jumeirah Resort from September 2026 onwards.The main duties and responsibilities of this role include:Deliver exceptional guest service by providing beverage recommendations and personalized experiences.Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, wines, spirits, and other beverages according to established recipes and standards.Upsell menu items and specialty beverages to maximize guest satisfaction and revenue opportunities.Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards of the bar area at all times.Monitor stock levels, replenish supplies, and ensure proper storage of beverages and garnishes.Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible alcohol service standards while supporting team operations.About YouThe ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Bartender within a luxury hotel, high-end restaurant, beach club, or hospitality environment.Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, wines, beers, and beverage preparation techniques.Excellent guest service and communication skills with the ability to create memorable experiences.Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.Knowledge of food safety, hygiene standards, and responsible alcohol service practices.Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays as required by the operation.About the benefitsAt Jumeirah, we are dedicated to fostering a vibrant community where colleagues feel valued, supported, and inspired to grow.
