Key Responsibilities

Prepare and serve cocktails, mocktails, coffee, and other beverages according to standards.Understanding of mixology trends, innovations, and unique ingredients to provide guests with a memorable and sophisticated beverage experience.Maintain bar cleanliness, organization, and proper mise en place.Ensure correct portioning, presentation, and product quality.Monitor stock levels and minimize wastage.Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel standards.Support the team with opening, closing, and daily bar operations.Provide professional guest service.

Qualifications

Experience in luxury hotels, resorts, or 5-star properties preferredMinimum 2 years of professional bar or mixology experienceAdvanced cocktail and mixology knowledgeExcellent communication skills in written and spoken EnglishKnowledgeable in HACCP, food safety, hygiene, and Saudi regulationsExcellent communication, professionalism, and multicultural teamworkExperience with POS systems (Micros)
