BD Manager – Corporate Practices

We are supporting our client, a leading global law firm, in their search for a dynamic Business Development Manager to join their Singapore office and collaborate closely with regional and global BD teams.In this role, you'll support corporate practices by driving cross-practice, sector-focused initiatives and empowering partners with strategic planning, profile-raising, and market growth strategies. You'll lead pitches and proposals, manage high-impact BD initiatives, and contribute to client development, CRM programmes, and thought leadership campaigns playing a key role in enhancing the firm's presence and reputation across Singapore and Southeast Asia.What you'll bring:A relevant undergraduate/postgraduate degreeAt least 6 years' relevant professional experienceStrong collaboration skills, working effectively within BD and across other departmentsConfidence engaging with partners and senior stakeholdersExcellent organisational and communication skillsThe ability to prioritise and manage workload under pressureA high degree of attention to detailConfidence using AI tools responsibly and effectivelyA proven track record of establishing professional credibilityExcellent service delivery skills and a high level of responsivenessAbout our client: Our client is a leading global law firm with over 6,000 people across the world's largest markets, key financial centres, and major growth hubs.
