BDC Representative — Afternoon Shift

Exotic Car Trader is actively hiring a BDC Representative for our afternoon shift to join our Fort Lauderdale team. We're the fastest-growing online platform for buying and selling exotic and luxury vehicles, and we're growing fast. If you're coachable, great on the phone, and hungry to earn, this role is for you.We are actively hiring for this role and reviewing applicants as they come in.About the RoleAs a BDC Representative, you're the first point of contact for buyers and sellers. Your day is phone calls, lead follow-up, and working alongside our sales team to move deals forward. The afternoon shift covers our West Coast and after-hours customers — you'll be handling leads and closing out the day's pipeline. No prior dealership experience required — we train you.What You'll Do- Handle inbound and outbound calls with buyers and sellers- Qualify leads and schedule follow-ups- Coordinate with the sales team to move deals through the pipeline- Manage records and maintain CRM accuracy- Represent Exotic Car Trader with professionalism on every callWhat We're Looking ForMust-have:- Ability to follow directions and stay focused on the task at hand- Genuine enthusiasm for assisting others- Sharp analytical skills and keen attention to detail- Exceptional organizational capabilities- Stellar communication and phone skills- Dependable, disciplined, and professional- Self-driven, goal-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced settingNice to have:- Prior BDC, sales, or customer service experience- Experience with a CRM- Interest in exotic or luxury vehiclesCompensation & Schedule- $50,000–$100,000+ commission-based (top performers earn more)- Full-time, in-person — Fort Lauderdale, FL- Afternoon shift: Monday through Friday, 12:00 PM – 9:00 PM- Paid training providedApply today.
