Beauty Advisor

Responsibilities- Greet customers and assist them in finding the right beauty products for their needs- Demonstrate and recommend products to customers, explaining their benefits and application techniques- Keep up-to-date with beauty trends and products to provide accurate and helpful information to customers- Assist with inventory management and restocking shelves- Achieve personal and store sales targets- Provide exceptional customer service- Participate in training and product knowledge sessions to continuously improve selling skills and stay updated on new productsRequirements- High school diploma or equivalent- Prior experience in a retail or customer service role, preferably in the beauty industry- Knowledge of beauty products, trends, and techniques- Exceptional customer service skills and ability to build and maintain relationships with customers- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Sales-driven and results-oriented- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn and grow- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends- Fluency in English and Arabic
