Beauty Advisor - KSA (Jeddah)

OBJECTIVE: The position is responsible to represent our beauty brands by maximising and contributing to the sales within the store through exceptional customer service, retail experience and sales techniques. This will include performing various operational duties, such as store maintenance and visual presentation standards as assigned by the store manager / assistant store manager of the retailer you are positioned in and follow out instructions and expectations from the Head Office Team.Key ResponsibilitiesMust possess knowledge of varied beauty products and accessoriesDemonstrate excellent selling skillsRecommend and link sell customer specific productsIdentify customer requirements and deliver excellent customer servicesBrand representation at the required standards with updated product knowledgeEnsure all stock is laid out and displayed in order to attract customers and as per standard layout normsEnsure awareness and vigilance at all times of security in the store without any negligenceEnsure the highest standards of housekeeping Greet the customers and assist them in selecting the right productMust be presentable and well-groomed at all the timesReport personal daily sales to the head office at the end of each shiftConvert the window shoppers to ultimate buyersFlexible to work for extended hours during the Sale / Festival periodReport out of stocks and loss sales to head officeAdvise store management when out of stocks happen and that replenishment is neededMust be up to date on beauty trends and customer requests and requirementsCreate and maintain a customer data base, which must be shared with Head Office at the end of each monthBe pro-active in self-learningTo surpass client expectationsEnsure clients are welcomed in a high level manner in order to create a strong relationship with them and ensure brand loyaltyThe CandidateYou are a Beauty Advisor with at least 1 year of experience. You are a Saudi national, passionate about the field of Beauty, particularly Skincare and Hair Care and have a strong understanding of customer experience. Your excellent interpersonal, communication skills and sense of initiative, along with a strong intercultural approach will be a real asset to succeed in this position.English and Arabic are a must.Location will be in Key Beauty stores in Jeddah and must be flexible to work across multiple stores or change location with the needs of the business.
