We are looking for a beauty professional who can provide personalized recommendations while building trusted customer relationships.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Beauty Advisor / Makeup Consultant to provide personalized beauty consultations, makeup recommendations, product guidance, and exceptional customer experiences across digital and customer-facing channels.The ideal candidate is knowledgeable, approachable, creative, and confident discussing beauty products, makeup techniques, skincare routines, and individual customer needs.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide personalized beauty consultations based on customer preferences, skin concerns, lifestyle, occasion, and beauty goals.Recommend suitable makeup, skincare, fragrance, and beauty products based on customer needs and approved product information.Demonstrate makeup techniques, product application, color matching, and beauty routines.Help customers select appropriate foundation, concealer, blush, lipstick, eye makeup, and other cosmetic products.Explain product features, benefits, ingredients, usage instructions, and application techniques accurately.Provide guidance on skincare preparation, makeup longevity, color coordination, and suitable beauty routines.Conduct virtual or in-person consultations, product demonstrations, tutorials, and beauty sessions where applicable.Build strong relationships with customers and provide personalized follow-up after consultations or purchases.Maintain accurate customer preferences, consultation notes, product recommendations, and follow-up information in approved systems.Support product launches, beauty campaigns, promotional activities, events, workshops, and brand activations.Collaborate with marketing, sales, customer service, retail, and brand teams to support campaigns and customer engagement.Assist customers with product comparisons and help them make informed purchasing decisions without using misleading claims.Maintain awareness of current beauty trends, makeup techniques, product launches, and consumer preferences.Support social-media content, tutorials, demonstrations, product reviews, and other approved beauty-related content.Monitor customer feedback and communicate common questions, product preferences, and market trends to management.Maintain professional presentation, hygiene, communication, and brand standards at all times.Follow company policies regarding product claims, customer privacy, hygiene, demonstrations, and beauty-service procedures.Support sales objectives by delivering excellent customer experiences and identifying appropriate complementary products.RequirementsBachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in Beauty, Cosmetology, Makeup Artistry, Marketing, Retail, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred.3+ years of professional experience in beauty consulting, makeup artistry, cosmetics retail, skincare, luxury retail, or a similar customer-facing role is preferred.Strong knowledge of makeup products, application techniques, beauty routines, and current industry trends.Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.Confident, friendly, polished, and customer-focused personality.Strong consultation, listening, presentation, persuasion, and relationship-building skills.Ability to understand individual customer needs and provide personalized recommendations.Strong product knowledge and willingness to continuously learn about new beauty products and technologies.Experience with CRM, POS, retail, appointment, social-media, or customer-management platforms.Strong sales awareness with a consultative rather than high-pressure approach.Excellent attention to detail and professional personal presentation.Ability to work independently while collaborating with sales, marketing, and customer-service teams.Knowledge of luxury beauty, skincare, fragrance, or premium cosmetics brands is advantageous.Arabic or other additional language skills are advantageous, particularly for serving diverse UAE customers.Professional makeup, beauty, cosmetology, skincare, or retail certifications are advantageous but not required.What We OfferFlexible part-time working hours with a remote-friendly beauty consultation and customer-engagement arrangement.Competitive compensation aligned with experience and responsibilities.Opportunity to work with beauty, cosmetics, skincare, fragrance, and lifestyle products.Exposure to beauty consulting, customer experience, product education, brand campaigns, and digital content.Professional development opportunities and continuous training in beauty products, trends, consultation techniques, and customer service.A stylish, customer-focused environment where creativity, professionalism, product expertise, confidence, and personalized service are highly valued.
