مستشارة تجميل – الرياض | Beauty Advisor – Riyadhتبحث MAAKE Beauty عن مستشارة تجميل للانضمام إلى فريقنا في مدينة الرياض، لتقديم تجربة مميزة للعملاء وتمثيل العلامة التجارية بأعلى مستوى من الاحترافية.بصفتك مستشارة تجميل لدى MAAKE Beauty، ستكونين مسؤولة عن مساعدة العملاء في اكتشاف المنتجات المناسبة لاحتياجاتهم، وتقديم النصائح والتوصيات حول منتجات المكياج والعناية بالبشرة، والمساهمة في تحقيق أهداف المبيعات وتقديم تجربة تسوق مميزة.المهام والمسؤوليات:استقبال العملاء وتقديم خدمة احترافية ومميزة.فهم احتياجات العملاء واقتراح المنتجات المناسبة لهم.تقديم معلومات دقيقة حول منتجات MAAKE Beauty ومميزاتها وطريقة استخدامها.تجربة وتطبيق منتجات المكياج للعملاء عند الحاجة.تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الفردية وأهداف المتجر.بناء علاقات جيدة مع العملاء وتشجيعهم على العودة للشراء.المحافظة على ترتيب ونظافة وعرض المنتجات وفق معايير العلامة التجارية.متابعة توفر المنتجات والمخزون والتنسيق مع الفريق عند الحاجة.المشاركة في العروض الترويجية وإطلاق المنتجات والفعاليات الخاصة بالعلامة التجارية.المتطلبات:خبرة سابقة في مجال التجميل أو مستحضرات التجميل أو المبيعات بالتجزئة تعتبر ميزة إضافية.اهتمام وشغف بعالم المكياج والعناية بالبشرة.مهارات ممتازة في التواصل وخدمة العملاء والمبيعات.القدرة على العمل ضمن فريق وتحقيق أهداف المبيعات.إجادة اللغة العربية، ويفضل إجادة اللغة الإنجليزية.التواجد في مدينة الرياض والقدرة على العمل ضمن بيئة البيع بالتجزئة.إذا كنتِ شغوفة بعالم الجمال وتستمتعين بالتواصل مع العملاء وتقديم تجربة مميزة، يسعدنا انضمامك إلى فريق MAAKE Beauty.MAAKE Beauty is looking for a Beauty Advisor to join our team in Riyadh, representing the brand and delivering an exceptional customer experience.As a Beauty Advisor, you will help customers discover the right products for their needs, provide knowledgeable recommendations across makeup and skincare, and contribute to achieving sales targets while maintaining MAAKE Beauty’s standards of service and presentation.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome customers and provide professional and engaging service.Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products.Provide accurate product knowledge, benefits, and usage recommendations.Demonstrate and apply makeup products when required.Achieve individual and store sales targets.Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat purchases.Maintain product displays, cleanliness, and brand presentation standards.Support stock monitoring and product availability.Participate in promotions, product launches, and brand activations.

Requirements

Previous experience in beauty, cosmetics, or retail sales is preferred.Strong interest and knowledge in makeup and skincare.Excellent communication, customer service, and selling skills.Ability to work effectively within a team and towards sales targets.Fluent Arabic; good command of English is preferred.Based in Riyadh and available to work in a retail environment.If you are passionate about beauty, enjoy connecting with customers, and want to grow with MAAKE Beauty, we would be pleased to hear from you.
