Beauty Duty Social Media

Key Responsibilities:Manage Beauty Duty’s social media platforms on a daily basis.Schedule and publish content according to the content calendar.Respond to customer inquiries, comments, and direct messages promptly.Engage with the online community to build brand loyalty.Support the execution of marketing campaigns, promotions, and product launches.Coordinate content creation, including photos, videos, reels, and captions.Monitor social media performance and prepare weekly/monthly reports.Keep up with social media and beauty industry trends and recommend content ideas.Maintain consistent brand voice and ensure all communication reflects the Beauty Duty brand.Preferred Qualifications:Experience managing business social media accounts.Strong communication and writing skills.Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva).Familiarity with Meta Business Suite and other scheduling tools.Passion for beauty, skincare, and haircare.
