The company values professionalism, customer care, and efficient order fulfillment.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role located in Costa Mesa, CA, focused on Beauty Industry Showroom and Ecommerce Order Fulfillment. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting customers in the showroom, answering product questions, and supporting clients in selecting suitable hair extension products. The role involves processing online and in-store orders, picking and packing merchandise, preparing shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory updates. The individual will coordinate with the sales and customer service teams to resolve order issues, manage returns or exchanges, and support promotional activities. Additional tasks may include maintaining a clean and organized showroom, updating product displays, and using ecommerce platforms and basic office software to manage orders and customer information.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong Sales and Consulting skills, with the ability to guide customers through product choices and provide a positive showroom experience.Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills and Project Management abilities to track orders, monitor inventory, and manage fulfillment tasks efficiently.Candidates should possess Training skills to support onboarding of new team members and share product and process knowledge with colleagues.Prior experience in retail, beauty industry, or ecommerce order fulfillment is beneficial.Strong attention to detail, reliability, and ability to stand, walk, and lift moderate weights as part of daily showroom and warehouse activities.Effective communication skills, comfort with basic computer and ecommerce systems, and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
