A well reputed medical center in Dubai is looking to urgently hire Beauty Therapists for their Aesthetics division located in Jumeriah, Dubai. This will be a full time opportunity, working 9 hours a day, 5 days a week, offering the latest machines, devices and opportunities for enhanced career growth.Key Job Responsibilities: Aesthetic & Clinical Treatments: Perform advanced facials, microdermabrasion, micro needling, chemical peels, and radio frequency skin tightening.Laser Procedures: Administer laser hair removal and skin rejuvenation therapies.Client Consultations: Conduct meticulous skin health evaluations and build customized treatment pathways while managing highly accurate digital client charts.Upselling & Retail: Meet clinic commercial metrics by cross-selling high-end dermatological products and home-care regimens.Sanitation & Compliance: Ensure flawless tool sterilization and laser calibration in alignment with strict Dubai municipality and clinic safety regulations.Job Requirements & Qualifications:Licensing: A valid DHA License or DHA eligibility as a Beauty Therapist.Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience, ideally working within aesthetic clinics in the UAE.Education: Internationally accredited certifications such as CIDESCO, CIBTAC, or ITEC diplomas in beauty therapy.Language Skills: Professional fluency in English is essential. Professional fluency in Arabic is highly preferred to accommodate local clients and premium GCC visitors.Core Competencies: Deep understanding of skin physiology, cosmetic chemistry, cultural beauty trends, and exceptional high-touch customer service standards.Salary & Benefits: Best in the industry.
