Beauty Therapist

Role: Beauty Therapy Trainer (CIBTAC / CIDESCO)Location: Dubai, UAEWe are looking for an experienced Beauty Therapy Trainer to deliver professional Beauty Therapy Diploma programs according to international standards. This is not a therapist position. We are looking for a qualified trainer who can teach, assess and prepare students for professional examinations.Responsibilities:• Deliver Beauty Therapy theory and practical sessions.• Teach Facial & Body Electrotherapy.• Demonstrate professional practical treatments.• Prepare lesson plans and training materials.• Assess students' practical competency.• Monitor student progress and portfolios.• Maintain accurate attendance and training records.• Ensure compliance with DHA and international training standards.• Prepare students for CIBTAC/CIDESCO examinations.• Maintain classroom, practical room and equipment standards.Mandatory Requirements Applicants must meet ALL of the following requirements:CIBTAC or CIDESCO qualification.Minimum 3 consecutive years of active DHA Beauty Therapist License (continuous active status on the DHA system).Minimum 3 years of practical clinical experience as a Beauty Therapist.Previous Beauty Therapy training experience.Excellent English communication skills.Minimum 2 years’ experience delivering Beauty Therapy training in a Training Institute or Vocational Academy.Preferred Qualifications: • Assessor Qualification (A1, TAQA, IQA or equivalent).• Experience delivering Level 3 Diploma programs.• Experience preparing students for CIBTAC or CIDESCO examinations.• Strong lesson planning and curriculum delivery skills.• Ability to prepare practical demonstrations and structured training sessions.• Experience assessing learners and monitoring portfolios.• Excellent classroom management.• Strong communication and presentation skills.• Professional documentation and record-keeping skills.• Good computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint).• Ability to organize training schedules and work under pressure.Personal Attributes:• Professional appearance.• Passion for teaching.• Positive attitude.• Team player.• High attention to detail.• Strong organizational skills.• Excellent time management.• Ability to motivate and inspire students.XX We are NOT looking for Beauticians without DHA License.
