Applicants join a consultancy that is closely involved in shaping high-quality, modern beauty businesses in the region.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Beauty Therapist role based in Dubai. The Therapist will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, extensions, and application of polish and treatments in line with brand standards. Daily responsibilities include advising clients on nail health, recommending suitable services and products, and maintaining a clean, hygienic workstation and tools in accordance with salon and regulatory guidelines. The role also involves creating and executing nail art designs, supporting overall client experience, and collaborating with the salon team to deliver consistent, high-quality service. The Manicurist will be expected to follow established service protocols, and contribute to a welcoming and inclusive environment for all clients.Qualifications Strong Nail Care and Nails skills, including manicures, pedicures, nail shaping, and basic nail health knowledge.Proficiency in Gel Technique with Nail Art, with the ability to create clean, creative, and on-trend designs tailored to client preferences.Background in Cosmetology or related beauty services, with formal training or certification in nail technology preferred.Excellent Customer Service skills, including clear communication, patience, and the ability to build positive client relationships.Knowledge of hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards within salon environments, and commitment to following SOPs.Ability to work on-site full-time in Dubai, collaborate effectively with diverse colleagues, and adapt to a consultative salon setting.Attention to detail, time management skills, and a professional appearance and demeanor.Prior experience in salon or spa settings is an advantage; Arabic or additional language skills are beneficial.
