Beauty Trainer Supervisor

📍Placement: Our Head Office, Landmark Pluit, North Jakarta.🕰️Full WFO arrangement, Monday - Friday 08.30 - 17.30Job DescriptionAs a Trainer Supervisor, you will be responsible for leading and developing the team, oversee training strategies and execution across designated areas, ensure BA competency development, and drive training effectiveness through performance monitoring, collaboration, and data-driven improvement.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage the team.Develop and implement training strategies aligned with business and sales objectives.Oversee training programs, standards, and execution across designated areas.Monitor Trainer Staff performance and ensure effective BA development.Develop and standardize training materials, modules, and evaluation tools.Conduct coaching, performance reviews, and development plans for Trainer Staff.Analyze training effectiveness, BA performance, and sales impact to identify improvement opportunities.Oversee training-related events, including beauty classes, product launches, and store activations.Collaborate with Sales, Area Managers, Brand, Marketing, and Retail teams.Prepare consolidated reports and provide strategic recommendations to management.RequirementsBachelor’s degree (S1) in Marketing, Communication, Beauty, or related field.4–6 years of experience in Training, L&D, Beauty Training, Sales Training, or Retail Training.Minimum 3 years of experience in a supervisory/team leadership role.Experience managing trainers, training teams, or field teams.Experience handling multi-area or regional training is preferred.Strong leadership, coaching, communication, and presentation skills.Strong understanding of training strategy, competency development, and performance evaluation.Good understanding of beauty products and the beauty industry.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.Proficient in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.Willing to travel and support activities across different areas.Fluent in English, written and spoken.
