Conducts descriptive and systematic behavioral assessments for use in home and community-based settings. Provides behavior analytic interpretations of the results with supervision from a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Designs and implements behavior analytic interventions. Effectively develops and implements appropriate assessment and intervention methods specific to the client's needs. Teaches others on the clients care team to carry out ethical and effective behavior analytic interventions based on published research. Designs and delivers instruction under the supervision of a BCBA.Minimum Education:Master's Degree in ABA or related field such as Psychology or Education with a specialty in ABA requiredWork Experience:2 years' experience in working with people with an intellectual disability or autism and experience in developing/implementing behavioral analytic treatment plans required andExperience in clinical or counseling psychology, special education, applied behavior analysis, or another related field requiredDriver's License Statement:Must possess a valid driver's license in the current state of residence.
