This position requires a skilled behavioral health leader who can move between vision, program design, implementation, and day-to-day operations. This position offers the opportunity to shape and advance a growing behavioral health program. The Senior Manager will translate community behavioral health needs and organizational priorities into effective, sustainable services, guiding new and enhanced programs from concept and design through implementation, evaluation, and continuous improvement. QualificationsMaster's degree in behavioral health field required (psychology, social work, counseling, or related discipline); Doctoral degree preferred for clinical leadership.Active Colorado licensure in relevant discipline required.Minimum 5-7 years of clinical experience in behavioral health setting, with at least 3-5 years of management or leadership role.Demonstrated experience designing and/or implementing services for youth with high-acuity, complex, or significant behavioral health needs. Experience working across systems of care serving children, youth and families. Experience in integrated care models, community mental health, and interagency collaboration.Demonstrated experience in interdisciplinary collaboration and service integration.Key ResponsibilitiesProvide strategic, clinical and operational leadership for a behavioral health program, ensuring services are high-quality, accessible, equitable, and responsive to community needs.Lead programs and initiatives from concept and design through implementation, evaluation, refinement, and sustainability.Ensure behavioral health services adhere to applicable legal, ethical, regulatory, clinical, and evidence-based standards.Lead integration of behavioral health services across organizational departments and with external partners.Develop, propose, and implement strategies to improve access to care, reduce service gaps, address barriers for underserved communities, and reduce stigma.Build and sustain relationships with internal teams, community organizations, youth and family serving systems, health care providers and other stakeholders.How to ApplyIf you are interested in applying, we encourage you to think broadly about your background and skill set for the role and include relevant knowledge, skills, abilities, education, work, and lived/ living experience.
