Technology, and Executive Leadership to transform behavioral insights into practical, evidence-based solutions.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Behavioral Research Manager to lead behavioral research programs, study design, participant research, data analysis, experimentation, insight generation, and research strategy.The ideal candidate will combine strong behavioral-science expertise with research methodology, quantitative and qualitative analysis, experimental design, project leadership, and stakeholder management.The role will be responsible for designing and managing research programs that explain how individuals and groups think, make decisions, interact with products and services, and respond to different environments, communications, incentives, and interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement behavioral research strategies aligned with organizational, product, commercial, policy, and strategic objectives.Identify priority behavioral questions and translate business or organizational challenges into researchable hypotheses.Lead end-to-end behavioral research programs from research design and participant recruitment through data collection, analysis, interpretation, and final recommendations.Design quantitative and qualitative research studies using appropriate methodologies.Develop surveys, interviews, experiments, observational studies, behavioral assessments, focus groups, diary studies, and other research instruments.Design controlled experiments, A/B tests, field experiments, randomized studies, and other behavioral interventions where appropriate.Develop research hypotheses, measurement frameworks, sampling strategies, experimental protocols, and analysis plans.Ensure research methodologies are scientifically rigorous, reliable, valid, and appropriate for the research question.Conduct research into consumer behavior, employee behavior, decision-making, motivation, adoption, engagement, attitudes, habits, and behavioral change.Investigate psychological, social, economic, cultural, and environmental factors influencing human behavior.Analyze behavioral patterns across different customer, employee, demographic, geographic, or market segments.Collaborate with Data Science and Analytics teams to analyze large behavioral datasets and identify meaningful patterns and trends.Apply appropriate statistical techniques to behavioral research, including experimental analysis, regression, segmentation, hypothesis testing, and other relevant methods.Integrate quantitative findings with qualitative insights to develop comprehensive behavioral interpretations.Conduct literature reviews and assess relevant academic research, behavioral theories, scientific evidence, and industry findings.Translate academic and scientific behavioral concepts into practical business and organizational applications.Develop behavioral models, frameworks, personas, journey maps, decision models, and other research outputs where appropriate.Design and evaluate behavioral interventions intended to improve engagement, adoption, compliance, customer experience, employee performance, health behaviors, or other measurable outcomes.Measure intervention effectiveness and determine whether observed behavioral changes are statistically and practically meaningful.Work with Product, UX, Marketing, Strategy, HR, Operations, and Policy teams to apply behavioral insights to real-world decisions.Provide behavioral recommendations for product design, customer journeys, communications, pricing, marketing, employee engagement, policy development, and organizational strategy.Conduct user and customer research to understand needs, motivations, barriers, preferences, and decision-making processes.Support UX and product teams in understanding user behavior and identifying opportunities for product improvement.Develop research briefs, protocols, questionnaires, interview guides, experimental materials, analytical frameworks, and reporting templates.Manage participant recruitment, screening, consent, scheduling, incentives, data collection, and research logistics.Ensure research participants are treated ethically and that appropriate privacy, confidentiality, consent, and data-protection requirements are followed.Establish research-quality controls to ensure accurate data collection, consistent methodology, and reliable interpretation.Review research datasets for completeness, quality, bias, missing data, and methodological limitations.Identify potential research biases, confounding variables, sampling limitations, measurement errors, and threats to validity.Maintain clear documentation of research methodologies, assumptions, datasets, analyses, findings, limitations, and recommendations.Manage external research agencies, academic partners, survey providers, laboratories, consultants, and specialist research vendors where required.Develop research budgets, project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource requirements.Monitor research projects against scope, schedule, budget, quality, and expected outcomes.Develop dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor behavioral research programs and intervention performance.Present research findings to senior executives, product leaders, policymakers, researchers, clients, and other stakeholders.Translate complex behavioral and statistical findings into clear, actionable business recommendations.Prepare research reports, executive summaries, presentations, academic-style papers, technical documentation, and stakeholder briefings.Identify emerging developments in behavioral science, psychology, neuroscience, consumer research, decision science, social science, and research technology.Evaluate the potential application of artificial intelligence, machine learning, digital experimentation, behavioral analytics, and other emerging technologies to behavioral research.Establish and monitor behavioral research KPIs covering research quality, project delivery, insight adoption, intervention effectiveness, and business impact.Mentor researchers, analysts, behavioral scientists, and junior team members.Build a strong culture of scientific rigor, intellectual curiosity, ethical research, collaboration, and evidence-based decision-making.Key Performance productivityResearch-methodology complianceCandidate ProfileThe successful candidate should have strong experience in behavioral research, behavioral science, psychology, consumer research, social science, UX research, economics, market research, or a related discipline.Experience managing multidisciplinary behavioral research programs involving both quantitative and qualitative methodologies would be highly advantageous.The candidate should be comfortable working with complex datasets while also understanding the human and contextual factors behind behavioral patterns.What You'll methodologies and experimental design.Experience designing and managing quantitative and qualitative research.Strong knowledge of surveys, interviews, experiments, observational research, and participant studies.Experience with statistical analysis and interpretation of behavioral data.Familiarity with research tools, statistical software, survey platforms, and data-analysis environments.Strong understanding of research validity, reliability, sampling, bias, and experimental controls.Experience translating research findings into practical recommendations.Strong stakeholder-management and cross-functional collaboration capabilities.Experience managing external research agencies, academic institutions, or research partners.Excellent research writing, presentation, and communication skills.Strong analytical, critical-thinking, and problem-solving abilities.High level of intellectual curiosity and scientific rigor.Strong understanding of research ethics, participant consent, privacy, and responsible data practices.Experience with behavioral economics, decision science, consumer psychology, or human-computer interaction is advantageous.Experience with digital experimentation, A/B testing, behavioral analytics, or AI-assisted research is advantageous.Ability to manage multiple research programs, stakeholders, deadlines, and priorities.Ability to work independently and effectively within a fully remote environment.Relevant degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Economics, Sociology, Anthropology, Cognitive Science, Statistics, Marketing Research, or a related discipline.Master's degree or PhD in a relevant field is highly advantageous.Experience working within the UAE or wider GCC market is desirable, particularly where research involves regional consumer, cultural, or organizational behavior.
