Our distributed teams collaborate across Behavioral Science, Research, Data Analytics, Human Resources, Product Management, Customer Experience, Marketing, Operations, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to develop solutions that positively influence behavior and deliver measurable business outcomes.The RoleWe are seeking an experienced Behavioral Science Manager to lead behavioral research, experimentation, and behavior change initiatives across the organization. The ideal candidate will oversee behavioral strategy, applied research, experimental design, stakeholder engagement, data interpretation, and cross-functional collaboration while ensuring evidence-based interventions drive sustainable organizational and customer outcomes.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement behavioral science strategies, research frameworks, and behavior change methodologies aligned with organizational objectives and business priorities.Lead behavioral research projects from hypothesis development and experimental design through implementation, analysis, reporting, and continuous improvement.Collaborate with Product Management, Human Resources, Marketing, Customer Experience, Operations, Data Science, UX Research, Compliance, Strategy, and Executive Leadership to integrate behavioral insights into products, services, and internal initiatives.Design and evaluate behavioral interventions, nudges, incentive programs, communication strategies, decision architecture, and engagement initiatives using evidence-based principles.Conduct qualitative and quantitative research, surveys, interviews, focus groups, field studies, randomized controlled trials (RCTs), A/B testing, and observational studies.Apply behavioral economics, cognitive psychology, social psychology, and decision science principles to solve organizational and customer challenges.Analyze behavioral data, identify patterns, evaluate intervention effectiveness, and translate findings into practical recommendations for stakeholders.Develop behavioral measurement frameworks, research protocols, ethical standards, governance documentation, and knowledge-sharing resources.Partner with data scientists and analysts to integrate behavioral insights with predictive analytics, customer intelligence, workforce analytics, and operational performance data.Ensure research activities comply with ethical standards, privacy regulations, informed consent requirements, research governance, and organizational policies.Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) including intervention effectiveness, behavior change outcomes, research quality, stakeholder satisfaction, customer engagement, employee engagement, adoption rates, and project success metrics.Conduct behavioral program evaluations, impact assessments, literature reviews, benchmarking studies, risk assessments, and continuous improvement initiatives.Manage behavioral science budgets, research vendors, survey platforms, participant recruitment, external consultants, academic partnerships, and strategic research initiatives.Drive digital transformation through artificial intelligence (AI)-powered behavioral analytics, predictive modeling, natural language processing (NLP), sentiment analysis, digital experimentation platforms, workflow automation, and business intelligence solutions.Utilize Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft 365, NVivo, Dovetail, UserTesting, Optimizely, Google Analytics, experimentation platforms, and statistical analysis tools to generate actionable behavioral insights.Prepare executive dashboards, behavioral research reports, experiment findings, impact assessments, strategic recommendations, and presentations for senior leadership.Lead, mentor, and develop behavioral scientists, researchers, UX researchers, analysts, and cross-functional teams while fostering a culture of scientific rigor, curiosity, collaboration, innovation, accountability, and continuous improvement.RequirementsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Science, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Science, Sociology, Human Factors, Data Science, Statistics, Business, or a related field.Master's degree or PhD in Behavioral Science, Psychology, Behavioral Economics, Cognitive Science, Organizational Psychology, Human-Computer Interaction, Public Policy, or a related discipline is highly advantageous.Professional certifications in Behavioral Science, UX Research, Data Analytics, Project Management Professional (PMP), Design Thinking, or equivalent are preferred.Minimum 5 years of experience in behavioral science, applied research, UX research, organizational psychology, customer research, data analytics, behavioral economics, or related roles.At least 2 years of experience managing behavioral research programs, multidisciplinary research teams, experimentation initiatives, or organizational behavior projects preferred.Strong understanding of behavioral science methodologies, experimental design, statistical analysis, behavioral economics, psychology, qualitative and quantitative research, ethics, and evidence-based decision-making.Experience with Qualtrics, SurveyMonkey, SPSS, R, Python, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Microsoft Office Suite, NVivo, Dovetail, UserTesting, Optimizely, Google Analytics, and research or experimentation platforms.Familiarity with AI-powered behavioral analytics, machine learning, predictive behavior modeling, sentiment analysis, conversational AI, digital experimentation platforms, and advanced data visualization technologies is highly advantageous.Strong leadership, communication, stakeholder engagement, analytical thinking, scientific reasoning, project management, budgeting, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage multiple behavioral science initiatives while balancing research quality, ethical standards, business objectives, regulatory requirements, budgets, timelines, and stakeholder expectations.Ability to work effectively in a remote environment with distributed research teams, academic institutions, business leaders, product teams, technology partners, and global stakeholders, with occasional travel for
