The successful candidate will play a key role in assessing, implementing, and monitoring evidence-based behavioral intervention programs for patients with developmental, behavioral, and learning challenges.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized intervention plans.Implement behavior modification programs based on best clinical practices.Monitor patient progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.Collaborate with physicians, psychologists, therapists, educators, and families to achieve treatment goals.Provide guidance and training to caregivers and families on behavioral strategies.Ensure compliance with organizational policies and professional standards.RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Psychology, Applied Behavior Analysis, Special Education, Occupational Therapy, or a related field.2–3 years of relevant experience as a Behavior Therapist in a hospital, clinic, rehabilitation, or special education setting.Strong knowledge of behavioral assessment tools and intervention techniques.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary team.DOH License or DOH Eligibility is an added advantage.Preferred SkillsExperience working with children and individuals with developmental disorders, including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).Familiarity with ABA principles and evidence-based behavioral interventions.Strong documentation and reporting skills.
