By adjusting the surrounding environment and promoting growth beyond current potential, Sulukeyat aims to improve learners’ overall quality of life.Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide direct therapeutic support to learners with diverse needs, using behavior analytic and evidence-based approaches. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized intervention plans, implementing therapy sessions in collaboration with families and schools, and tracking progress through data collection and documentation. The role involves close coordination with caregivers, educators, and a multidisciplinary team to ensure consistent strategies across home, school, and center environments. The Behavioral Therapist will also participate in training and education sessions for stakeholders to promote understanding and continuity of care. This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai.Qualifications Behavioral science expertise, including Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis skills.Foundational knowledge in Psychology and experience working with children with learning difficulties or special needs.Strong Interpersonal Skills, including empathy, active listening, and clear communication with learners, families, and colleagues.Ability to conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor progress using data-driven methods.Relevant academic background in psychology, special education, behavior analysis, or a related field; professional certifications in ABA or behavior therapy are an advantage.Experience in school or clinical settings, with the ability to collaborate within multidisciplinary teams.Fluency in English; additional language skills are beneficial.Commitment to ethical, evidence-based practice and ongoing professional development.
