Behavioral Therapist

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled ABA Therapist to provide behavioral therapy to children/individuals with autism spectrum disorder (ASD) and other developmental disabilities. You will implement individualized treatment plans under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), helping clients build communication, social, academic, and daily living skills.Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver ABA-based interventions per each client's individualized treatment planCollect and record accurate behavioral data during sessionsImplement discrete trial training, natural environment training, and other ABA methodologiesCommunicate regularly with the supervising BCBA on client progress and treatment adjustmentsCollaborate with parents/caregivers to reinforce strategies at homeMaintain a safe, structured, and engaging therapy environmentComplete session notes and progress reports in a timely mannerAttend team meetings, trainings, and supervision sessionsQualificationsBachelor's degree in Psychology, Education, ABA, or related field (required); ABAT/ IBT or RBT certification Prior experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities preferredStrong understanding of ABA principles and behavior management techniquesExcellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle physical demands of the role (sitting, kneeling, occasional lifting)Reliable, punctual, and able to work flexible hours including afternoons/evenings
