Behavioral Therapist

This is an on-site contract role for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for conducting behavior analysis and therapy sessions with children of determination, implementing behavior plans, communicating with parents and teachers, and collecting behavioral data for assessments and evaluations.QualificationsInterpersonal Skills and Psychology skills3 years or more experience in working with children of determination using ABA strategiesBachelor's or Master's degree in Psychology or related field including special education or social workRBT, ABAT, or IBT board certificationExperience with behavior data collection and analysisExperience with implementing IEPs and behavior plansExperience in school or clinic-based therapy under BCBA supervisionBased in DubaiAvailable to start in October 2026Fluency in Arabic or other languages is a plus
