Its mission focuses on empowering individuals to develop independence, confidence, and essential life skills.Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Behavioral Therapist role based in Jeddah. The Behavioral Therapist will provide direct therapeutic services to children and adult individuals with developmental, behavioral, and communication challenges, using evidence-based approaches such as applied behavior analysis. Daily responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, implementing interventions, and tracking progress through data collection and documentation. The role involves collaborating closely with families, caregivers, and other specialists to ensure consistent strategies across home and center environments. The therapist will also participate in case reviews, contribute to multidisciplinary planning, and support a safe, engaging, and inclusive therapeutic setting.Qualifications Candidates should possess strong skills in Applied Behavior Analysis and Behavior Analysis for assessment and intervention planning.Candidates should possess solid knowledge in Psychology and working with children and afultw with developmental or communication challenges.Candidates should possess excellent Interpersonal Skills for collaboration with families, caregivers, and multidisciplinary teams.Relevant bachelor’s or master’s degree in psychology, behavior analysis, or a related field.Professional certification or training in behavioral therapy or ABA is preferred.Experience providing therapy in clinical, school, or center-based settings, ideally with neurodiverse populations.Ability to maintain accurate records, follow ethical guidelines, and communicate clearly in both written and verbal formats.Commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory practice and to ongoing professional development.
