The team collaborates across specialties to provide personalized treatment plans in a welcoming, family-centered environment. familyFIRST is located on Al Wasl Road in Dubai and offers accessible services and consultation bookings through phone, email, and its website.Role Description The Behavioral Therapist will provide direct therapeutic services to children and adolescents, in an on-site clinical setting in Dubai. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting behavioral assessments, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, and using evidence-based interventions to support clients’ developmental and emotional goals. The role involves monitoring progress, maintaining accurate clinical documentation, and collaborating with caregivers, educators, and other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care. The therapist will also provide psychoeducation to families, participate in team meetings, and contribute to a positive, inclusive environment. This is a part-time, on-site role based at familyFIRST Medical Center in Dubai.Qualifications

• Qualification in Psychology, Special Education, Behaviour Analysis or a related field
• Formal training and practical experience in Applied Behavior Analysis
• Experience working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder and other neurodevelopmental needs
• Strong understanding of behavioural assessment, intervention planning and data collection
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with families
• A collaborative, child-centred and ethical approach to therapy
• CDA licence or eligibility to obtain the appropriate professional licence in Dubai
• BCBA, BCaBA, RBT or equivalent behavioural certification would be an advantage.
