Founded in 2009 and headquartered in London, the Partnership has established a strong reputation for structuring and implementing transformation solutions for its clients.Ataol has maintained a presence in Istanbul since 2013 and in Izmir since 2024, serving clients within the Turkish market.The opportunityWe are seeking a Behavioural Entrepreneur (Ethnographic Research and User Decision Design) for an initial 12-month entrepreneurial engagement within our Entrepreneurship Programme at the Fund Partner Marketing and Communications (“FPMC”) Lab.As the Behavioural Entrepreneur, you will represent Fund Partner, support the research and product development of the Hospitality and Travel App (“the App”), and help nominate venues for onboarding and shape its user experience, working on a peer-to-peer basis with the Partners, solely with Bahadır Ataol for this spin-off, and third-party technology partners.The role• Conducting field visits to hospitality, food & beverage and entertainment venues to observe prospective user behaviour and decision-making• Defining and applying curation and onboarding criteria for venues to be included in the App• Translating field and ethnographic findings into user decision-design and in-app UX inputs (flows, nudges, interface choices), and supporting usability testing• Conducting user interviews and ethnographic research to inform product development• Sharing findings with the product and design technology partners and contributing to the App’s development roadmap• Building relationships with venue owners and operators as part of the onboarding and curation process• Supporting the Lab’s venture and applying behavioural science insight to product marketing, messaging and user acquisitionThe profile• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Psychology, Behavioural Science, Behavioural Economics or a related field• Recent graduates and early-career candidates (no more than two years’ professional work experience)• Strong interest in ethnographic research or user experience; familiarity with the hospitality and travel sector and with applied psychology: a plus• Working knowledge of AI-powered research and product tools: a plus• Interest in entrepreneurship and building ventures from zero to one• Full professional proficiency in English• Ability to travel to Turkey and the EMEA region• Proficiency in standard office tools• Degree from a UK or European university requiredThis role follows a hybrid model, combining remote work with occasional travel, both international and in Turkey, for field visits, venue engagements and partner accompaniment.RemunerationThis engagement offers a founding equity stake, participation in the Lab’s earnings, the opportunity to benefit from funding tranches and increases in enterprise value, and the realised value upon exit.NoteWe do not accept applications submitted via agencies.Diversity, Equality, and InclusionFund Partner Lab is an equal opportunity organisation, committed to supporting a diverse and inclusive environment.
