This position calls for a proactive and service-oriented individual capable of leading the bell team while upholding the highest standards of luxury and hospitality. You will be the first point of contact for our guests, ensuring they feel genuinely welcomed and supported throughout their stay.ResponsibilitiesLead and supervise the bell team to deliver courteous, attentive service that reflects the hotel's standards of luxury and hospitalityGreet guests upon arrival, providing assistance with luggage handling, valet coordination, and special requestsManage arrival and departure procedures to ensure a smooth and efficient guest experienceOffer guests accurate information and personalized recommendations on local attractions, dining, and services to enhance their stayEnsure bell carts and related equipment are clean, well-maintained, and readily availableOversee the careful handling, loading, and delivery of guest luggage and packages to rooms or designated areasServe as a key point of contact for any guest concerns or requests related to luggage, transport, or porter servicesTrain, guide, and support new bell staff, promoting a team culture centered on professionalism and service excellenceCoordinate with the Front Desk, Concierge, and Valet teams to ensure smooth guest arrivals and departuresMaintain the cleanliness, organization, and appearance of the bell lobby and equipmentSupport security measures by verifying guest and vehicle credentials when necessary. Monitor and report on lost and found items, ensuring proper documentation and handling.
